Description
The Vikings basically used a long bow carved from a single piece of wood. However, after contact with eastern peoples, more and more horn bows were made and used. The bow shown in the pictures has a long arm and short, string-stopping horns. The operation of the bow is dynamic, its draw is even thanks to the long arms. The design of the handle allows for comfortable use, as the middle part of the handle is widened, thus filling the palm of the user. The bow is made in one size.
Features of the bow:
– full length: 155 cm
-axle-to-axle length: 135 cm
-string length: 128 cm
-max draw length: 32”
-draw length: 28”
-optional draw poundage: 25-60 #
